Your tasks
- In the Java EE environment, no application is too complex for you, no system too multi-layered : Here you develop and design the necessary IT solutions precisely and competently.
- You will drive the transformation of one of our main backend applications into a state-of-the-art architecture with dedication and care, providing technical and conceptual guidance at eye level to ensure that everyone involved is well informed and that we move forward together.
- You are always up to date with the latest technological trends and can thus identify and select the optimal tools, frameworks and methods for our environment.
- You will also play an active role in quality assurance in order to develop sustainable and high-quality software solutions
- And, of course, you will be in close contact with your colleagues, mentoring and supporting them with your specialist knowledge and creating a culture and atmosphere in which everyone enjoys working.
Your profile
- Completed studies in (business) informatics, equivalent training (e.g. IT specialist) or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in the analysis and / or definition of software architectures in the Java environment or a passion for such topics
- Sound knowledge of common Java APIs and frameworks such as Spring (Boot), Hibernate, JDBC and synchronous / asynchronous communication protocols (HTTP / REST, Kafka)
- Confident in dealing with build tools, version management systems and CI / CD processes
- Practice in agile, international and distributed project teams and enjoy working in a team
- Very good powers of abstraction and analysis, strong communication skills
- Innovative spirit and a sense for sustainable solutions
- Fluent German and good written and spoken English
