We are looking for a multilingual B2B marketing expert to help us grow in the Swiss market by generating leads, managing outreach, and supporting SEO delivery. This is a highly visible role with real impact — combining strategic marketing and hands-on business development.
What You’ll Do
Generate qualified B2B leads and own the top of the sales funnelCreate engaging, SEO-optimized content in German and French (blogs, newsletters, case studies, landing pages, LinkedIn posts)Plan and execute outreach campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and SEO channelsUse iCards, our proprietary lead and sales platform, to manage contacts and track engagementSupport both internal and client-facing SEO efforts : keyword research, on-page structure, content optimizationRepresent cogify group at business events, expos, and industry forums across SwitzerlandBuild relationships withindustry associations, chambers of commerce, and business communitiesCollaborate with our internal design team to co-develop presentations, social media posts, campaign visuals, and marketing materialsRequirements
3–6 years of experience in B2B marketing, lead generation, or business developmentFluent in German and French (spoken and written); English for internal communicationProven SEO skills - ideally with experience supporting or delivering SEO servicesStrong writing and communication skills tailored to professional audiencesFamiliarity with Swiss business culture and B2B buying behaviorOrganized, self-driven, and able to work independently in a hybrid team environmentTeam player : confident working closely with designers and product teams to execute campaignsBonus Points For
