Junior Graphic Designer – Brand Elevation Focus

We are looking for a creative and talented Junior Graphic Designer (m / f / d) with approximately 3 years of experience to help elevate our beauty brand through modern and high-quality design.

Your Responsibilities :

Develop and implement creative concepts, key visuals, and design assets for various channels (print, digital, social media)
Design and customize Microsoft templates, especially PowerPoint presentations
Create engaging videos and multimedia content
Work with design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva to produce visual communication materials
Support the development and execution of our brand strategy
Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders within a dynamic matrix organization

Your Profile :

Degree in Design, Graphic Design, Branding, or a related field (preferred but not required)

Approximately 3 years of experience in graphic design, ideally with a focus on brand development and execution

Proficient in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and experienced in designing Microsoft templates (e.g., PowerPoint)

Highly creative with a strong sense of modern, high-level aesthetics, especially within the beauty industry

Experience in creating visual concepts and brand assets

Video creation and editing skills are a plus

Startup experience is an advantage

Ideally experienced in working within a large, matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders
