We are currently looking for a Cloud Security Specialist to join our R&D Department in Chiasso (CH).

Reporting to the Cloud Security Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security, compliance, and resilience of our cloud environments and applications.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain robust cloud security frameworks, supporting our mission to deliver a safe and reliable platform for our global customers.

This position offers the opportunity to work hands-on with Microsoft Azure and modern DevSecOps practices in a dynamic, international environment.

Key Responsibilities Implement and maintain cloud security controls across our Azure-based infrastructure and applications.

Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability scans, and security audits to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.

Monitor and respond to security incidents and alerts, coordinating with operations and development teams for effective resolution.

Contribute to the development of security automation and monitoring tools to enhance threat detection and response.

Collaborate with IT, DevOps, and Compliance teams to embed security best practices throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Assist in defining and enforcing identity and access management (IAM) policies and data protection measures.

Stay current with emerging cyber threats, cloud security trends, and compliance requirements (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR).

Skills and Qualifications Educational background in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience with Azure Cloud security tools and configurations.

Solid understanding of security, and incident response.

Familiarity with SIEM tools, endpoint protection, and threat intelligence platforms.

Knowledge of compliance frameworks and security standards (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, etc.).

Scripting or automation experience (PowerShell, Python, or similar) is a plus.

Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills.

Team-oriented, proactive attitude with good organizational skills to meet deadlines.

Fluency in English (written and spoken).
