Your key responsibilities :
- Support and assist internal and external customers with technical inquiries
- Provide on-site technical consulting in Suisse romande, France, and occasionally in other European regions
- Support customers with product launches, system settings, application trials, and quality assurance measures
- Promote and deliver IGP services
- Handle product complaints
- Participate in exhibitions, technical conferences, and training sessions
What you bring along :
A qualified vocational background, ideally as a painter, coating technician, lab technician in coatings, or carpenterSeveral years of experience in surface technologyExperience in handling technical complaintsGood verbal and written skills in French and English; additional languages are a plusA communicative and team-oriented personalityHigh willingness to travel (40-80%), company car provided - also for private useWhy IGP?
