Your Mission

As a Technical Implementation Specialist , you will :

Guide enterprise clients through seamless API integration and onboarding processes.

Own and maintain technical, customer-facing documentation.

Troubleshoot complex integration and data issues, ensuring smooth system functionality.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate customer feedback into product development.

This role offers the opportunity to make an immediate impact by enabling LimeFlights clients to operate more sustainably, reducing waste and emissions on a global scale.

What LimeFlight Is Looking For

Proven experience with RESTful APIs and enterprise software integration.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.

Experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation.

Excellent communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Coding knowledge is a plus, as is experience in airline or flight management systems.

Location : Remote (Europe).
