For our customer a big pharmaceutical company in Basel we are looking for Technical Program Manager (m / f / d).

Background :

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager for the implementation of a Digital Biomarker sensor data platform. The project will comprise of 5-6 parallel workstreams, a 25+ people global implementation team and has a duration of approx 2.5 years.

The perfect candidate The perfect candidate has a university degree and more than 5 years of experience with technical program or project management.

Ideally he / she has experience from AWS cloud implementation projects and is fluent in English.

Tasks & Responsibilities :

• Provide project management, coordination, and inter / intra workstream communications to deliver outstanding program outcomes.
• Work closely with Solution Architects, Software Engineers and Quality Specialists to get high-quality features through the software project lifecycle (build, test and release on time).
• Manage project schedules, identify possible issues and clearly communicate them to project stakeholders.
• Take responsibility for release schedules and milestones, keeping up a high velocity in a fast-paced program environment.

Must Haves :

• You have an university degree or equivalent education
• You have +5 years experience with technical program / project management
• You have extensive experience with technical program management of large and complex projects
• You have extensive experience with use cases and solutions within digital health
• You have extensive experience with management of software development teams in complex matrix organizations
• You possess a deep understanding and experience with agile project management methodologies (e.g. SAFe)
• You ideally have experience from AWS cloud implementation projects
• You are fluent in English
