The Business Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring operational efficiency and strategic alignment within the Private Banking division in Switzerland. This position serves as a critical bridge between the Front Office, IT, COO and other functions of the bank, focusing on incident management, process improvements, control execution, and the successful implementation of strategic initiatives.

What you will do :
- Support the Front Office in their daily tasks. Help to prioritize, identify bottle necks, issues and resolve them. Become a trusted and objective advisor to the business;
- Support the successful implementation of key growth projects, strategic initiatives and oversight reviews;
- Facilitate clear and effective communication between the Front Office, IT and, other Functions;
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and objectives.
