Profile : Education :
- Master's degree or equivalent academic background in the field of law, business administration, international development or another relevant field
Experience :
5-10 years of experience in the humanitarian and / or international development sectors, ideally with direct experience with both programmatic and compliance functionsProven experience with ethics, compliance, prevention of sexual exploitation, abuse and harassmentProven experience in management and / or conduction of investigations into noncompliance and ethics issuesCompetencies :

Salary : The gross monthly salary is between CHF 7,300 and CHF 8,300
