For our client, a Luxury Clothes Seller in canton Zurich, we are actively seeking :

Store Manager (m / f / d) 100%

Aufgaben

  • Inspire and motivate your team to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Oversee all store operations, including sales, visual merchandising, and inventory management.
  • Drive sales and profitability through effective leadership and strategic planning.
  • Ensure the store maintains the highest standards of luxury and service.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and represent the brand with integrity.

Qualifikation

  • Proven experience in luxury retail management.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • A passion for creating exceptional customer experiences and a deep understanding of the luxury market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales goals.
  • Fluency in English and German
  • EU / EFTA-passport or a valid work permit (C or B) for Switzerland
