Tasks

• Advise clients on Swiss tax matters with clarity, care and practical solutions
• Act as a trusted expert for complex cases and cross-border questions
• Prepare and review tax returns for individuals (incl. expats and high-net-worth clients)
• Analyse wealth management and investment structures from a tax perspective
• Guide clients through cantonal differences and tax optimisation opportunities
• Collaborate closely with the FIN team to refine our services and client experience

Requirements

• Several years of experience in Swiss individual taxation (ideally at senior level)
• Strong command of double tax treaties, expat regimes and cross-border cases
• Experience in analysis and tax qualification of international situations
• Strong understanding of wealth management, investments and cantonal tax differences
• A structured, reliable way of working, with excellent attention to detail
• The ability to explain complex topics in a friendly, reassuring, client-friendly way
• Professional fluency in English and German; French or Italian is a plus
• A genuine interest in helping people feel more confident about their finances
