- Lead industrialization of new products and processes as technical project leader
- Define manufacturing requirements as subject matter expert for coating and surface treatment
- Develop manufacturing concepts and ensure conformity to design requirements
- Perform feasibility analyses and implement improvements in production
- Provide support to production, supply chain and quality organizations
- Create manufacturing and process instructions
