StellenbeschreibungCoordination of all shipments from the Distribution Center Correspondence with Warehouse Management to ensure a smooth flow of operations Tracking of outgoing deliveries to guarantee scheduled arrivals Accurate Management of Master Data in the ERP system Creation of Commercial Invoices and Control of freight costs and taxes Issuing and archiving required export documents Analysing and Solving Delivery issues Provision of monthly KPI´s to guarantee an overview of figures Comparison of the most attractive transportation methods regarding routes and costs Confirmation of compliance with Import / Export QMS Finished apprenticeship in a technical area (EFZ,CFC) At least 3 years of experience in the logistics / distribution field Fluent English and ideally German or French skills Openness for working together in a diverse team IT-oriented preferably experience with ERP, Oracle, Diverse Ship Software or Evv Systems Problem solving approach Ability to communicate directly and efficiently Management of various priorities while maintaining attention to detail
