About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to play a key role in expanding market presence and driving business growth by promoting advanced industrial software solutions for machine integration and automation. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic sales plans, and building strong client relationships to position the company as a leader in Industry 4.0 solutions automation and software.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to promote industrial automation and software solutions.
• Identify and engage potential clients in the manufacturing and industrial sectors .
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Conduct needs assessments, sales presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase the value of the solutions.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure that proposed solutions meet customer requirements.
• Negotiate and finalize sales proposals and contracts , ensuring profitable business deals.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Represent the company at industry conferences and trade fairs to promote products and services.

Your Profile

You are a results-driven professional with a passion for industrial automation and software solutions, capable of navigating complex sales processes and fostering long-term business relationships.

Strong understanding of industrial software solutions and automation technologies .

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

German native speaker with fluency in English .
