Tasks
Assisting in managing relationships with utilities companies, vendors, service providers, and landlords Assisting in managing relationships with public authorities including immigration and cantonal and federal tax offices Managing and maintaining office paper and electronic filing systems Managing and conducting office operations and clerical functions Point person for office maintenance, mailing, shipping, office supplies, non-IT equipment management, and running errands Occasional English<>

Requirements
Fluency in written and spoken English and German Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Gmail, and basic Internet tools Previous experience in roles with administrative responsibilities
