Design and architect AI solutions that align with business objectives, enhance operational efficiency, and promote inclusivityArchitecture guidance on the development of AI models, algorithms, and systems, ensuring they are scalable and maintainableEnsure compliance with best practices in AI ethics and governance, advocating for responsible AI usePresent architectural designs and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, articulating the benefits and impacts of the proposed solutionsAnalysis of today's systems / processes of our business and conduct assessments regarding the feasibility of hybrid cloud-centric automation and potential AI Agents and solutionsDrive IT and business architecture activities as well as the implementation and delivery of complex AI solutions, leveraging best-practice patterns and technology solutionsApplying best-practice technologies and approaches for both strategic change and backlog implementation workSupport the continual improvement of AI empowered value streams internally, with the goal of being viewed as partner of choice by our business counterpartsConduct research on emerging AI trends and technologies to inform and innovate our solution offerings.

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, data science or related fieldMinimum of 5 years' experience in IT Architecture leadership roles with strong focus on data, machine learning, integration, business process digitization and operational qualitiesProven experience in an AI Solution Architect or similar role designing and implementing modern architectures and enterprise integration solutions using domain driven design, APIs, workflows and microservices styles in context of a platform centric ecosystem and SaaS solutionsExpertise in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP) technologiesProficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, as well as familiarity with AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)Experience in Agile, Lean and MLOps and DevOps based delivery models as well as ability to adopt Product oriented mindset in context of regulated enterprise contextExperience in cloud-based AI technology ecosystem, preferably MS AzureA passion for leveraging AI to create positive societal impact and enhance human capabilities delivering business valueExcellent English skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences, including business and technical stakeholders at all levels
