Responsibilities
- Manage operational orders and coordinate clinical supply shipments, including drop shipments
- Ensure all shipping documents and licenses comply with country-specific regulations
- Monitor shipments to guarantee timely delivery and proactively resolve disruptions
- Maintain and update country-specific logistics requirements
- Serve as the main point of contact for logistics-related inquiries from stakeholders and partners
- Facilitate communication using dashboards, systems, and data analytics
- Collaborate closely with site logistics teams, including warehousing, transport, and customs
- Support global projects, system monitoring, and performance improvement initiatives
Profile
Vocational training or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or a technical fieldExperience in end-to-end clinical supply chain, logistics, or distributionStrong communication and presentation skills in English and GermanProficiency with IT tools and systems (, customer portals, order entry platforms)Ability to work cross-functionally and cross-culturallyStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsCollaborative, inclusive, and service-oriented mindsetComfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated environmentBenefits
