We are seeking an experienced EHS Engineer to play a key role in developing and implementing comprehensive EHS programs, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations and best practices. Responsibilities : Develop, implement, and oversee EHS compliance programs to maintain regulatory adherence Conduct comprehensive workplace risk assessments and serve as the primary advisor for dangerous goods Lead EHS improvement projects and manage change initiatives to enhance safety protocols Conduct EHS investigations and deliver effective EHS training programs Maintain and monitor EHS permitting and regulatory compliance, ensuring all necessary documentation is up to date Conduct and track workplace safety and compliance inspections to identify and address potential hazardsAccurately assess physical and health hazards to mitigate risks effectively Qualifications : 5 or more years of hands-on experience in developing, implementing, and operating EHS risk assessments, exposure assessment, and hazard control practicesProficiency in projects EHS design review, new equipment safety review, and facility integrationIn-depth knowledge of ISO Standards, and Health & Safety Swiss legislationDegree in Engineering (Chemistry, Biology), Occupational Health and Safety, or related fieldSafety Engineer Degree recognized in SwitzerlandDangerous Goods Advisor Certificate
