For our partner based in Neuchâtel, The Gi Life Sciences team is looking for a :

SPECIALIST, SCHEDULING AND CELL LOGISTICS

Missions :

Act as initial and main point of contact for centres, processing sites, manufacturing sites, etc...
Create and maintain patient schedules in coordination with centers, manufacturing sites, treatment sites and third party logistics.
Monitor collection, delivery, transportation and manufacturing activities
Solve problems and develop action plans
Interact with internal and external stakeholders
Capture and maintain transactional patient schedule data in the company planning system
Train treatment sites to patient planning processes as required.
Document customer and partner feedback
Create and maintain the basic data in the account management system
Actively participate in meetings
Provide real-time support to external users on the planning portal
Monitor and sort requests and issues in the case management system.
Lead meetings with clinical and commercial matrix teams

Profile :

Bachelor level

Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, logistics or supply chain

Be able to work in a team and be customer oriented

Have good time management and priorities

Fluency in Italian, Spanish and English (C1), with French being a strong asset
