ABOUT THE ROLE

You’ll set technical direction and write code. Your focus : keep our platform fast, reliable, and a pleasure to build on while scaling both the tech and the team that powers it.

What You’ll Do

• Own the roadmap – translate product goals into architectural plans and clear milestones.
• Design & ship – architect, review, and deliver production-ready code and systems.
• Level-up the team – hire, mentor, and unblock engineers so they can do their best work.
• Operate at scale – uphold performance, reliability, and security across our cloud, hardware fleet, and scheduling stack.
• Stay close to customers – turn developer pain points into elegant, fast solutions.
