What you're going to do

Do you have a degree in law and want to apply your knowledge in a versatile, technology-oriented environment? Are you interested in topics at the interface between law, business, and IT? We are looking for a committed and solution-oriented person who enjoys working on legal issues in a practical manner and would like to support Adnovum in all legal and compliance matters. You will be responsible for the following tasks :

• Providing general legal advice for internal stakeholders
• Performing internal legal clarifications and developing recommendations for action
• Reviewing, adapting, and drafting contracts in the IT and public procurement sectors (incl. supplier contracts)
• Providing support in compliance and data protection issues
• Co-designing and optimizing internal legal and compliance-relevant processes
• Contributing your legal expertise to various interdisciplinary projects
• If suitable and interested, conducting external contract negotiations
