Finance Manager

We are seeking a strategic and analytical Finance Manager  to support our client’s global trade and revenue analysis efforts in Zurich . This position will lead the evaluation of trade revenue performance across sea and land sectors, providing the insights needed to drive financial impact at a global level.

What You’ll Do

Conduct in-depth benchmarking and trade revenue analysis across business lines

Create detailed reports and presentations for executive leadership, translating complex data into actionable insights

Evaluate trade cost components (e.g., THC, demurrage, local charges) to support revenue optimization

Develop performance tracking tools and lead the KPI reporting framework

Handle ad-hoc analysis requests and support strategic initiatives across finance and trade teams

Maintain strong collaboration with internal stakeholders to align on targets and metrics

What You Bring

7–10 years of experience in a senior finance or analytics role, ideally within shipping or logistics

Advanced degree in Finance, Business, or a related technical field; CFA / CPA preferred

Strong Excel and analytical tool skills; experience with large and complex data sets

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Fluency in German and English is required ; additional languages are a plus

Valid Swiss work permit or EU citizenship
