Your Impact as Sensory Manager
Lead a High-Performing Sensory Team – Manage and support a dedicated team of panellists and sensory scientists at our client site in Lausanne. Foster a positive, collaborative environment and ensure the delivery of high-quality, consistent sensory data through robust training, coaching, and performance monitoring.
Drive Sensory Excellence – Apply your sensory expertise to optimise test design, methodology, and panel performance. You’ll champion best practices and work with the wider R&D team to ensure sensory outputs are reliable, meaningful, and actionable.
Be a Trusted Partner to Our Client – Collaborate closely with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align sensory work with project needs. Your role is key in maintaining strong relationships and ensuring that sensory insight contributes to confident decision-making.
Challenge the Status Quo – Use your analytical mindset to assess existing routines, identify improvement opportunities, and maximise the use of available resources. You’ll help shape sensory practices that support innovation and effective product development.
