Job Title : Senior Business Analyst -ServiceNow

Location : Geneva, Switzerland (2 daysper week on-site)

Contract : Full-time, 6 months(renewable)

Start Date : ASAP

Salary120K to 150k

Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analystspecializing in ServiceNow to join our team. You will work closelywith stakeholders to optimize IT Service Management (ITSM) andCustomer Service Management (CSM) modules within the ServiceNowplatform. This role will involve gathering and translating businessrequirements into technical solutions, facilitating workshops, andensuring successful implementation of enhancements in alignmentwith organizationalgoals.

Responsibilities :

  • Collaboratewith stakeholders across departments to gather and documentrequirements for ServiceNowenhancements.
  • Design, propose, and implementsolutions that align with business needs and ServiceNow bestpractices.
  • Lead workshops and meetings torefine requirements, improve processes, and gain stakeholderconsensus.
  • Partner with IT, development teams,and other stakeholders to deploy effective ServiceNowsolutions.
  • Validate configurations andcustomizations through rigorous testing to ensure systemreliability.
  • Serve as a subject matter experton ServiceNow, offering guidance on optimization opportunities andindustry best practices.
  • Review existing ITSMand CSM backlogs and propose improvements to current and futureprocesses.

Qualifications :

  • Experience : Minimum 5 years as a Business Analyst with a focus on ServiceNow(ITSM / CSM modules mandatory).
  • Certifications(preferred) : ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS),Certified Application Developer (CAD), or Certified SystemAdministrator (CSA).
  • Technical Skills : Stronganalytical abilities to translate business requirements intotechnical solutions. UX design skills are aplus.
  • Communication : Excellent verbal andwritten communication skills; fluency in English (French is anadvantage).
  • Tools & Frameworks : Familiaritywith ITIL practices and frameworks.
  • SoftSkills : Proven ability to lead workshops, manage competingpriorities, and solve problemsinnovatively.
  • Work Environment : Experiencethriving in fast-paced, collaborativeenvironments.
