About the Role :
As the Vice President of Business Development at Aritec New Materials
Group AG, you will lead the global sales team to drive business growth
and market expansion. This high-caliber role demands a seasoned leader
with extensive experience in sales, business development, strategy, and
operations within large, multinational corporations. Fluency in English
is essential.
Tasks
Strategic Leadership :
- Develop and execute global sales strategies that align with company goals and market opportunities.
- Oversee the end-to-end operations, ensuring efficient and effective processes across all regions.
- Provide
visionary leadership to the sales and operations teams, fostering a
culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Sales and Business Development :
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders globally.
- Drive the development of innovative sales solutions tailored to meet diverse customer needs.
Operational Excellence :
- Ensure optimal supply chain management and logistics to support production and distribution.
- Implement best practices in operations to enhance productivity, quality, and cost-efficiency.
- Manage risk and ensure compliance with global standards and regulations.
Collaboration and Communication :
- Act as a primary liaison between various internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and integration of strategies.
- Foster strong collaboration between sales, operations, R&D, and production teams.
- Provide regular updates and strategic insights to the senior management team.
CRM Tools :
- Leverage CRM tools to enhance customer relationship management and improve sales processes.
- Ensure the effective use of CRM systems for data-driven decision-making and customer insights.
Requirements
Education :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience :
- Extensive experience in sales and operations management within a large, global corporation.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and operational efficiency in an international setting.
- Experience with CRM tools and systems is highly desirable.
Language Skills :
Fluency in English, capable of professional interactions in a global business environment.
