The British School of Geneva is entering an exciting new chapter in its development as we celebrate our 20th anniversary in 2025–26. With a mission to be the school of choice in Geneva for outstanding British education in an international setting, we are seeking an exceptional leader to join our Senior Leadership Team as Head of Engagement and Progress.

This is a pivotal role, responsible for developing and leading a whole-school strategy of inclusion, ensuring that every student has the opportunity to thrive. The successful candidate will bring vision, expertise, and a proven track record of leadership in inclusion and learning support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of a school-wide strategy of inclusion, removing barriers to learning and success for all students.
• Collaborate with pedagogical, pastoral, and administrative leadership to ensure policies and processes are effectively applied.
• Establish and maintain Learning Support Agreements (LSAs) with parents, meeting regularly to review student progress.
• Take ownership of Individual Learning Plans (IEPs), ensuring these are effective, up to date, and impactful.
• Organise and deliver professional development for teachers and support staff to strengthen inclusive practices across the school.
• Work with external specialists and local partners to secure additional support and resources for students.
• Support the assessment and identification of student needs during the admissions process and throughout enrolment.
