This internship is a perfect fit if youre studying hospitality or events management and want to sharpen your skills in a fast-paced international environment. Bonus points if youre the type who can make colleagues laugh in the middle of a busy day.

What youll be doing

• Research venues and suppliers in Switzerland (with a focus on Geneva ) for small events such as year-end parties and client dinners.
• Support senior managers managing the event venue budget .
• Draft clar client-ready and eganging PowerPoint presentations.
• Assist with supplier coordination and keep track of supplier offers deadlines and key details.
• Learn the ropes of venue sourcing client expectations and event logistics.
