About the role

For over 25 years, we’ve supported companies across Europe with innovative recruitment solutions, focused on early-career professionals. Our Zurich team of 10 operates like a start-up — fast-moving, people-first, and growth-oriented. We support 50+ consultants on assignment each month and continue to expand across the region.

As we continue to grow in German-speaking Switzerland, we’re looking for a Sales Team Manager to join our Zurich us — someone with a first successful experience managing salespeople, a hands-on mindset, and the energy to grow with us.

Work tasks

The Role : Lead a Team, Drive Sales, & Shape Our Growth! You’ll take on full responsibility for a team of Account Managers — ensuring performance, coaching development, and helping grow our local market.

  • Lead and support a small team of Account Managers through regular 1 : 1s, coaching, and target tracking
  • Own team performance, motivation, and growth
  • Recruit and onboard new Account Managers
  • Support Account Managers in client meetings and help close deals

We are looking for

You don’t need 10+ years under your belt — but some hands-on experience managing a sales team is a must.

You’ll thrive with us if you have :

  • A successful experience managing a B2B sales team
  • A track record in B2B sales and client relationship management
  • A goal-driven, energetic, and hands-on leadership style
  • Fluent German (spoken and written) and solid English (C1)
  • A passion for developing people and helping them succeed
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
