VOTRE MISSION

Intégré/e au sein de la division Operations, vous contribuerez activement aux activités clés de la Banque et aurez l’opportunité de :

• participer quotidiennement aux missions de l’équipe sous la supervision de nos formateurs et collaborateur·trice·s expérimenté·e·s ;
• développer vos compétences techniques et mettre en application les connaissances acquises dans le cadre du programme ;
• découvrir les processus opérationnels et les mécanismes essentiels à la gestion de fortune ;
• collaborer avec plusieurs départements internes afin de contribuer au bon déroulement des flux et traitements bancaires ;

• suivre les cours théoriques obligatoires du CYP – Challenge Your Potential ;

• participer aux formations internes portant sur les produits financiers, la gestion de fortune, les crédits, l’environnement réglementaire, les risques et nos outils digitaux.

VOTRE PROFIL

Vous êtes motivé/e, rigoureux/se et prêt/e à vous investir dans un environnement dynamique. Nous recherchons un profil présentant :

• une aisance avec les chiffres et un esprit d’analyse affirmé ;
• un intérêt marqué pour les outils informatiques et les nouvelles technologies (MS Office, outils bancaires, automatisation, IA) ;
• un excellent sens de l’organisation, de la précision et un goût pour le travail en équipe ;
• une bonne capacité d’adaptation et une forte envie d’apprendre ;
• un domicile en Suisse et un parcours scolaire solide avec de très bons résultats.

Vous devez être titulaire de l’un des diplômes suivants :

• Maturité gymnasiale ou
• Maturité professionnelle dans un domaine non bancaire.
