Our client, a leading global organization in the life sciences sector, is seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist with proven experience in business carve-outs, divestments, and indirect procurement .

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless transitions during carve-out activities, optimizing spend while supporting strategic business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Carve-out Management : Lead and support procurement activities related to business carve-outs and divestments, including due diligence, planning, and execution.
• Vendor & Contract Management : Build strong vendor relationships, negotiate terms, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Strategic Sourcing : Identify and evaluate suppliers based on cost, quality, and reliability to drive value and efficiency.
• Cost Optimization : Analyze spend, identify savings opportunities, and implement improvement strategies.
• Risk Mitigation : Monitor supplier, contractual, and compliance risks, ensuring business continuity and alignment.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with departments such as IT, Finance, Legal, and Quality to support organizational goals.
• Reporting & Analytics : Develop KPIs, track performance, and provide actionable procurement insights.
• Policy Development : Support the creation and implementation of procurement standards and best practices.
