Manufacturing Methodology Engineer

Bachelor or Master's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

Proven experience in a manufacturing management role.

Strong knowledge of manufacturing / project management processes, methodologies, and standards.

Project management and highly methodological approach (Project Management certification is an asset).

Strong analytical skills : ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

Familiarity with industry-specific regulatory standards and requirements is an asset.

Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, direct and indirect reports.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Capacity of building organizational relationships.

Strong proactive problem-solving approach

Deep knowledge of Process Improvement tools and methodologies (JIT, DMAIC).

Knowledge of Microsoft Project and SAP is a strong asset.

Proficiency in Microsoft package tools (Excel, Access, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint).

Very good level in French, English and ideally German

Ensure that project execution happens within the process flow, without disruptions.

Ensure proper technical evaluation in the frame of make / buy decisional process.

Ensure proper alignment and regular interaction with main stakeholders.

Develop and implement efficient manufacturing methods to optimize project execution processes and minimize waste.

Ensure proactive support to project execution by implementing Simultaneous Engineering.

Hire, train, and supervise Manufacturing Methodology team members (8-10 p.).

Assess team performance and provide feedback and development opportunities.

Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Provide training and support to teams on new processes and improvement opportunities.

Ensure proper projects follow up and support by direct collaboration with Project Managers & Mechanical Engineers.

Ensure proactive support in case of urgent situation, in order to avoid any project delay.

Ensure all processes comply with applicable laws, regulations, and operational standards (ESG).
