Position : Compliance Manager

Location : Zurich

Salary : CHF 120’000-140’000

Tasks

• Design and implementation of 1LoD controls within the group framework, ensuring consistency and alignment with regulatory and operational standards across locations
• Timely execution and monitoring of 1LoD controls to ensure adherence to the unified framework in all relevant areas
• Maintenance and continuous enhancement of the control inventory and corresponding documentation to ensure accuracy, clarity, and accessibility for stakeholders
• Performance of design and operating effectiveness assessments of 1LoD controls to identify gaps and recommend improvements
• Collaboration with compliance, risk management, and business units to address Suitability, Fraud, and Cross-border topics, contributing expertise as a subject matter expert
• Facilitation of change management initiatives to ensure seamless adoption and integration of the unified control framework across all relevant teams and locations
