Global Head of Finance Technology (f / m / d)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Purpose

We are looking for a global Head of Finance Technology who is responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of all tech solutions that enhance the efficiency, visibility, and effectiveness of our accounting and controlling processes. As part of our digital transformation journey and business growth strategy you will play a key role contributing to major initiatives across the organization.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

• Ensure reliable and secure operations of all business applications and systems that enable accounting and controlling processes (including development, maintenance, support).
• Deploy technology solutions in line with our digital ambition and strategic business priorities, such as S / 4 HANA migration, performance management, credit collection, payment platforms, etc.
• Develop a high-performance team with strong leadership skills and technology expertise.
• Act as a trusted advisor and partner to the Finance team providing technology expertise and driving innovation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiencies and to enhance customer experience.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and external partners to ensure timely and effective support for business applications.
• Work closely with the leadership to ensure effective collaboration across various teams and stakeholders, define and implement effective governance and timely management reporting.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the area of supply chain management. Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements accordingly.
• Develop and manage the budget and costs control for global business applications, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently to meet business objectives.
