Cantina is a Gault Millau POP awarded Peruvian restaurant, offering dinner as well as hearty weekend brunch in a warm atmosphere. It is centrally located in the heart of Kreis 4 of Zurich.

We strive to offer a stimulating, creative and fun atmosphere, while working hard, with attention to detail, and with passion. Experience is important, but so is drive and eagerness to learn. Are you motivated, flexible and eager to contribute creatively? Are you excited about being part of a dynamic and international team? Then you might be the person we are looking for!

Tasks

  • Caring for and giving professional yet friendly service to guests
  • Advise guests in their food and drink selection
  • Preparation of dining room and ensuring HACCP processes
  • Maintaining own service station and managing reservations
  • Operate daily closing and inventories
  • Actively participate in meetings and report to management

Requirements

  • Training and / or work experience in the gastronomy industry
  • Positive mindset and a can-do attitude
  • Flexible, guest oriented and organized
  • A team player who can communicate and work well in hectic situations
  • Wine and spirits knowledge
