In this role, you will be responsible for :
- Installing and commissioning new machines (3–5 axes) in Europe and worldwide
- Working in cleanroom or controlled environments when required
- Responding quickly to customer service and maintenance requests
- Identifying and escalating recurring issues
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Providing remote support (phone, email, remote access)
- Conducting customer training sessions both internally and externally
Your profile :
Minimum 3 years of experience in field service (preferred)Technician or Engineer in electronics / automation with good knowledge of the machine tool industryExperience in laser technology or optics is a plusExcellent problem-solving skillsVersatile, autonomous, rigorous, and highly communicativeAbility to work well under pressureWillingness to travel to customer sites up to 50% of the timeFluent in French and English; German is an advantageValid driver’s license and clean driving recordSwiss nationality or valid Swiss work permitWhat we offer
