At MDPI, we push the boundaries of financial excellence and innovation. We are dedicated to a collaborative culture and a commitment to continuous improvement. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable (AR) Analyst to join our vibrant finance team full-time.

What You’ll Do :

  • Monitor & Reconcile : Keep a close eye on customer accounts, ensuring timely and accurate collection of receivables.
  • Resolve Discrepancies : Thoroughly analyze account discrepancies, and resolve them efficiently.
  • Customer Interaction : Communicate with customers to address payment issues and gather necessary documents.
  • Generate Reports : Create and reconcile detailed accounts receivable reports with precision.
  • Review & Solve : Investigate and resolve accounts receivable issues, maintaining accurate financial documentation for internal control systems.
  • Collaborate : Work with finance and other departments on new projects and initiatives related to accounts receivable.
  • Recommend Improvements : Prepare and present evaluations, proposals, and recommendations to enhance accounts receivable processes.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Educational Background : Bachelor’s degree in finance, statistics, business economics, quantitative finance, or a Swiss federal certificate in finance and accounting.
  • Experience : At least 4 years in finance and / or accounts receivable.
  • Skills : High business and financial acumen.Expert-level analytical and financial modeling skills.Excellent time management and organizational abilities.Detail-oriented with a knack for identifying data patterns and multitasking.Proficient in Excel formulas and functions.Strong problem-solving skills in a dynamic international environment.
  • Languages : Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.
  • Interpersonal Skills :  A team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
