Product Development Leader

Job Responsibilities :

Product Definition & MarketAnalysis

o Participate in technical analysis of target markets, customer needs, and competitive landscape to evaluate product technicalrequirements.

o Formulate detailed product technical specifications under the guidance of PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) and align with businessobjectives.

o Systematically position products and develop proposals leveraging existing company capabilities or product platforms to support PLM / PM in businessdecision-making.

Product Development & Management

o Define product development technical objectives, milestones, and volume production plans based on business and technicalrequirements.

o Lead end-to-end product development, including design, testing, and sample delivery, ensuring alignment with quality and timelinetargets.

o Collaborate closely with Program Managers and Manufacturing / Process Engineering teams to drive product design, pilot production, and transition to massproduction.

o Monitor product development progress, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with technical and quality standards until successful handover toproduction.

Pre-Sales & Post-Sales TechnicalSupport

o Analyze customer needs in coordination with PLM and Sales teams, conduct technical feasibility assessments, and provide solution proposals with deliveryplans.

o Engage directly in customer technical discussions when required, ensuring accurate understanding of requirements and resolving product-relatedchallenges.

o Support the sales team in pre-sales activities by addressing technical inquiries and demonstrating product capabilities.

o Troubleshoot technical issues encountered by customers during product use, ensuring high satisfaction before and during volumeproduction.

Qualifications & Requirements :

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Optical, Engineering, Industrial Design, or related technical field.
• 5 years of hands-on experience in product development, MLA or automotive lighting development related experience isplus.
• Proven track record of delivering products from concept to mass production, preferably in automotiveindustry.
