RESPONSIBILITIES

As our Area Sales Manager Travel Retail Europe you are responsible for Sales Growth P&L Management Retail Excellence.

You will lead the commercial strategy and execution across Travel Retail Europe driving revenue growth optimizing P&L performance and ensuring in-store excellence through strategic planning client engagement and cross-functional collaboration

Your main focus :

• Drive revenue growth through strategic sales planning and execution
• Manage promotional activities and animation plans with retailers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners
• Analyze P&L and optimize profitability across accounts
• Ensure flawless execution of business plans in-store
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing supply chain and merchandising teams.

The team consists of3 Area Sales Managers 1 Area Field Manager and is directly reporting to a Key Account Manager Travel Retail. You will work closely with departments such as Marketing Supply Chain Merchandising and In-Store Design. All your colleagues are dynamic results-driven and passionate about beauty retail.
