Head of PICs

A fantastic opportunity for a Head of PIC Characterisation to join an exciting start-up in Zurich. This Head of PIC Characterisation would be expected to lead the characterisation team with their experience in the field of Photonic integrated circuits.

Requirements :

• A proven track record working in the industry with PICs – preferably on a Lithium Niobate platform
• Experience in team leadership is preferred.
• Able to support the team in the characterisation of photonic components.
• Experience with PIC Design and simulation is preferred.
• Experience in strategic planning and aiding in technology road mapping
• Able to relocate to or access the site in Zurich
