Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify top talent for various roles.

Utilize multiple channels, including social media, job boards, and networking, to attract candidates.

Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements and organizational needs.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific talent needs and align sourcing efforts accordingly.

Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs within the FMCG sector.

Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of sourcing activities.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Assist in employer branding activities to attract quality candidates.

2+ years experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within the retail sector.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates effectively.

Proficiency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.

Familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms, including social media and applicant tracking systems.

An analytical mindset to assess candidates and match them to roles efficiently.

Knowledge of recruitment trends and best practices in the Zürich market.
