We are seeking a responsible pharmacist (w / m) to join our client team  in Pfäffikon. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and supervise the daily operations of the pharmacy, including inventory management, dispensing medication, and providing pharmaceutical advice to customers
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, including keeping up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of quality and safety in the pharmacy
• Train and supervise pharmacy staff, including pharmacists and pharmacy technicians
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all medications and transactions
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to provide optimal patient care
• Monitor and analyze pharmacy performance, and make recommendations for improvements
• Stay informed about new medications, treatments, and developments in the pharmaceutical industry
• Handle and resolve any customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Participate in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote the pharmacy's services and products
