Your Main Responsibilities - Acquisition and management of B2B key accounts
- Applying various sales techniques to win new customers
- Scheduling meetings, cold calling, and conducting professional follow-ups
- Preparing, presenting, and negotiating commercial offers
- Handling tenders and responding to customer inquiries
- Maintaining and expanding the existing customer portfolio, including regular customer visits
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting continuous revenue growth
- Proactive monitoring of revenue and conducting negotiations on price adjustments
- Regular analysis and reporting on customer and market developments
Your Profile - Education in sales or commercial fields
- min 5 years in Key Account Management, ideally in B2B sales of products and/or services
- Experience in cold acquisition and in building and maintaining strategic customer relationships
- Strong negotiation skills and solution-oriented customer support
- Ability to develop and implement customer-specific strategies and concepts
- Results-driven and assertive personality with a strong hands-on mentality
- Entrepreneurial mindset, team-oriented, and highly self-motivated
- Experience collaborating with various departments (e.g., marketing, product development, service) to achieve customer and company goals
- Swiss German / German Native, English Fluent; French is a big plus
