Technical Business Analyst
ROLE
- Analyze business process and look for optimization, suggesting alternatives
- Gather, analyze, document and validate the requirements
- Contribute to the design of solutions in close collaboration with Product, SW & HW Teams , balancing technical feasibility with business priorities
- Facilitate collaboration among stakeholders to reach consensus on solutions alternatives
- Translate high -level requirements into detailed functional specifications
- Collaborate with sales teams during proposal phases, providing insights into solution capabilities.
PROFILE :
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science / Engineering or related technical discipline
- Certificate in Business Analysis preferred
- More than 5 years experience in a similar position, ideally working in an Agile environment
- Proven experience in analysis and documentation of requirements and business process (i.e. Modelling / design techniques and methods, such as UML / BPMN)
- Knowledge in enterprise computing (Prog. Language, networking, data centers, infra, cloud, etc)
- Strong analytical skills with a structured approach and with a strong business and technical vision
- Capability to synthetize and vulgarize complex problem
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Fluent in English mandatory, Portuguese is a plus
- Availability to travel
