Accounts Receivable Specialist

The AR Specialist will have the following missions :

• Manage accounting and monitor customer flows for both wholesale clients and B2C.
• Record and monitor customer invoices, handle payments (bank transfers, credit cards, cash), monitor overdue accounts, reconcile customer accounts.
• Verify VAT accuracy and prepare VAT declarations.
• Handle reporting and analysis on AR accounting. - Act as a liaison between sales, financial, and ground teams, ensuring reliability of operations and compliance with internal procedures.
• Actively participate in the management and coordination of the ERP migration project.
• Secure financial flows and maintaining high-quality customer service, and ensure compliance with accounting and fiscal standards.
