Your contribution

As IT Platform Manager, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and evaluating new and existing platforms with a focus on Cloud and Digitalization. You will support and implement the technology roadmap for Strategy Tools, ensuring the smooth operation of IT platforms both on-premise and in the cloud. This role involves independently implementing projects in the platform area with a Cloud focus and coordinating the gradual migration of existing on-premise services to the cloud together with our external partners.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee all projects regarding IT platforms, with a focus on Cloud and Digital projects.
Develop strategy and implement objectives for IT Cloud Platforms regarding all business applications (SAP and others).
Ensure the security of all Cloud systems and equipment.
Oversee ongoing improvements and the feasibility of business application system enhancements.
Make an active contribution to change, problem, and incident management (second level).
Translate information security and business continuity requirements into concrete solutions and implement them sustainably.
Create and maintain system documentation and optimize operational processes.
Support the work to build and maintain the technology stacks (front and back) and integrations.
Ensure the availability and stability of Interface- and Platform tools.
When acting as (Sub) IT Project Manager, monitor, coordinate, and support the project in different phases.

Your background

Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, with further education in project management.

At least 5 years of experience in IT platforms, Cloud applications, and Digitalization.

Proficiency in SAP S / 4HANA, SAP BTP, and Integration Suites (SAP IS, Boomi, Mulesoft). Strong conceptual thinking, both strategic and pragmatic. Leadership skills in projects and dedicated topics.

Excellent English skills. German would be an asset.

Ability to ensure the security of all business application systems and ongoing improvements of IT Platforms.

Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and train business experts and key users. Willingness to travel worldwide.
