    We are looking for

  • At least 8 years in similar posisition, and at least, 10 years experience in the financial market.
  • Native German Speaker.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Good stakeholder relationship.
  • Communication skills.
  • Advanced skills in managing complexity.
  • International mind-set.
  • Good in navigating in matrix organizations.
  • Your role in the team

  • To develop the Compliance and AML tasks as2nd line of defence, in accordance with Swiss Regulation and the Allfunds grouppolicies and procedures.
  • Identification, assessment and advice onthe compliance risks and matters to the branch management and staff.
  • Establishment of the compliance procedures and policies adapting the Allfundsgroup policies, as well as ensuring that the company policies are followed andrespected accordingly and that the behavior within the branch is in accordancewith the company's standards of conduct.

  • Ensure the implementation of the Allfundsgroup Compliance Monitoring Programme based on the regulatory risk assessmentand on the Corporate Defense Model. To this end, they shall (i) ensurethat all Swiss applicable regulatory obligations are included in suchprogramme, (ii) carry out the 2º line controls and define action plans ifneeded, and (iii) report the monitoring results to the local management and tothe Compliance department of the headquarters.
  • Analysis and centralisation of informationon compliance issues, interventions and follow-up.
  • Ensure the proper implementation in thebranch of AML / CFT applicable regulations and Allfunds group AML / CFT policiesand procedures, including among other tasks (as second line of defence) : Clients due diligence, screening and transactions monitoring. Identification ofsuspicious transactions.
  • Perform ML risk assessment of theBranch.
  • Assistance and advice on privacy mattersto the branch management and staff, as well as to the Data Protection Office ofthe headquarters.
  • Support in the assessment and monitoringof outsourcing services and third parties risk management, as applicable inaccordance with the Swiss regulation and company policies.
  • Awareness and training of the branch'sstaff.
  • Communication with the financial authorities.
