Your Responsibilities

• In this position you manage and develop the department and its team members in Payroll Time & Absence management HR Administration HR Analytics and Reception areas
• You lead strategic projects for the company
• You participate in the development of the HR organization and provide support for change management
• You participate in the definition and presentation of the Management Review including key development priorities and control KPIs and in the development of the Human Resources Information System
• You coordinate the entire process related to internal and external quality audits
• You ensure ESG data collection analysis and reporting for HR in full alignment with stakeholder expectations and regulatory standards
• You participate in the workforce planning process
• You oversee all activities related to the secondment of employees abroad and the hosting of staff from other group entities at our site ensuring compliance with legal and social security requirements
• You monitor legal developments and adapt internal regulations and guidelines.
