Quality Assurance Manager
Responsibilities
- Maintain and further develop the quality management system
- Quality assurance functions within the SKAN product and project organisation, as well as the international service business and ensuring the associated customer communication
- Conformity check of internal specification documents, processes, reports, as well as technical documentation
- Planning and implementation of internal audits, customer audits and supplier audits
- Handling of deviation and change procedures as well as CIP
- Further development of quality concepts for SKAN products and services in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Conducting training on quality standards and processes
Hardskills
Training as a quality and process manager with corresponding several years of professional experience in a QA / QC environment;
or university degree in engineering or in the natural sciences with several years of professional experience in a QA / QC environment.
- Good knowledge of German, very good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
- Sound knowledge of MS Office is a prerequisite
