Enterprise Architect 100 % (f / m / d)

You're going to take a key role in these main areas :

• Determine the technology system architecture and functional design needed to support and meet company business goals
• Evaluating existing IT systems for exposure or weaknesses that could compromise performance, security or efficiency
• Design and document the Enterprise Architecture using established architectural models
• Update and maintenance of the key Enterprise Architecture deliverables
• Definition, implementation, and execution of the processes for the definition, maintenance, and conformance management of the Enterprise Architecture
• Promote practices and procedures within the company to collaborate on architecture development, architecture decision making, and sustainable evolution of the architecture
• Establishment and maintenance of contacts within business units and information system programs to understand business activities and business drivers, business requirements, solutions strategies, alternatives, etc., being considered and / or implemented
• Assisting management and stakeholders in evaluating the business’ mission and ensuring that the company uses its IT assets effectively
• On-going publicity and communication of the Enterprise Architecture both within the information community and the business units
• Review project portfolio with focus on architecture compatibility and assess projects
• Architectural leadership in the resolutions of inter-program and inter-project issues
• Create an end-to-end process view, across all systems involved
• Guide application landscape towards creating customer value and technology development (cloud, mobility)
• Main gate keeper to stay in application standard version and not deviate with tailor made solutions (to be consulted and to be involved in decisions)
• Monitoring of Technology Domains and assets
• Generating graphic representations and abstracts of the system architecture models
• Propose and communicate KPIs to visualize architecture health, life cycle, performance, cost efficiency, business value, etc.
• following the development of digitalization in different industries and adopt the EA
• Develop the company's preparation for change and innovation (understanding of disruptive forces)
• Ongoing research and assessment of new analysis approach for potential use within the Enterprise
• Represent Burckhardt Compression within the cooperation with main technology partners
• Active contribution in defining and implementing the IT strategy
