We are a recruitment agency founded in 1996, with offices in Basel and Zurich, Switzerland. For our client, a leading production company in the cannabis cultivation sector, we are seeking a motivated and experienced supervisor in the cultivation department  (m / f) for an immediate start or by arrangement.

Your Responsibilities :

• Lead and oversee daily cultivation activities, including planting, growing, and harvesting
• Ensure plant health and optimal environmental conditions
• Manage and supervise cultivation staff
• Oversee proper functioning of equipment and tools
• Ensure compliance with company standards and legal requirements
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
• Identify opportunities for process optimization
